Lost and Found

There's been so many good things going on in my life this past week and I haven't bothered to share because no one can possibly care as much as I do. ;)

The rain from Gustav was crazy/beautiful. Nonstop rain for 48+ hrs(Which would have never happened in Phoenix.) The major part of the storm came during the night and knocked quite a few trees over onto power lines and homes but nothing compared to the coast. The biggest problem seem to be that the power company had dispatched so many of their employees to help down in Baton Rouge that a lot of people here were left without power for more than 3 days. :(

Can I just say I love Facebook? I've found so many people that I love and care about again. It's been a lot of fun but it can be a dangerous place because it's way too easy for me to spend idle time on there.
Here's Bub. (I made sure to use the most embarrassing photo of him that I own, the poor bloke.)Bub's the one in the tank top and 80's shorts. (Bwaha) We knew each way back in middle school when him and his friends would steal my beret and play frisbee with them. (yes Paul..once again I wore a black beret. :P) We were pen pals throughout HS. He's doing just great! He's married to this gorgeous gal and they look absolutely cute together and have adorable kids. I love happy endings. :)

I also found my "big brother" Tim. I cannot tell you how flabbergasted I was to get an email from him and hear how wonderful he's doing. I love and adore him so much!

Needless to say catching up with both of them has been awesome.
