Crazy Week
Friday night Elie woke up with a slight fever. By Saturday night she started coughing and we still didn't think it was too bad. It wasn't until Sunday night around 10 that she woke up coughing and said she couldn't breathe. I called the nurse then I gave her my asthma inhaler which only helped a little and some tylenol. Of course with the darn swine flu going around my paranoia got the the best of me for a whole 2 minutes until I prayed about whether we should take her to the ER. Monday morning we got her into the pediatrician and found out she has an upper respiratory infection. :( Sweet girl barks like a sea lion but is getting better. We did have fun with her at home and played when she had the energy and even painted fingers and toes then put cutsie gem stickers on them. (I found them at Walgreen's last week when I was trying to pacify Emma into leaving the make-up aisle and letting me go to the pharmacist counter.) If they would have let me take pictures I would have. Emma pranced around and would bat her eyelashes when she would show PJ and Dad.
